Admiralty House permits rentals of one month or longer only. With no daily or weekly rentals, guests enjoy a more relaxed atmosphere without the frequent turnover found at many vacation properties. The building is situated on the same sweeping beach as the JW Marriott, but on a less densely populated section of the shoreline.
The condominium does not share any walls with neighboring units, providing an exceptional level of privacy within the building.
The well-equipped kitchen is designed for a comfortable extended stay and includes a cooktop, oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, utensils, and a range of helpful small appliances. Whether you prefer preparing full meals or simply enjoying coffee and breakfast before heading to the beach, you will have the essentials you need.
The bright main living area includes dining seating for four, a comfortable sleeper sofa, and a large flat-screen Roku TV. Two floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors fill the room with natural light and open directly onto the expansive private balcony, offering elevated views across Marco Island from 11 stories above.
The bedroom features a queen bed, a dresser-mounted flat-screen Roku TV, and its own pair of floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. These doors provide beautiful natural light, island views, and direct access to the balcony.
The bedroom suite includes a private full bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination, along with a separate vanity and mirror that provides additional space for getting ready. A convenient half bathroom is located on the opposite side of the condominium and includes a toilet and classic pedestal sink.
The approximately 26-foot-wide private balcony is one of the condominium’s most enjoyable features. It is a wonderful place to begin the day with coffee or breakfast, spend a quiet afternoon reading, or relax together in the evening while enjoying the island air and views.
Complimentary wireless internet is provided, along with two Roku TVs. The condominium also includes an Alexa-enabled Bose 300 speaker system, which can be disabled if desired, and a Positive Grid Spark Bluetooth amplifier for playing audio from your smartphone.
Covered, assigned parking is included at Admiralty House, along with a secured storage locker conveniently located near the parking space. The elevator building also offers on-property tennis courts, and two bicycles are provided for exploring Marco Island or visiting nearby restaurants and shops. Local favorites such as Doreen’s Cup of Joe are only a few blocks away.
A private walkway leads from the property to Marco Island’s broad Crescent Beach, where guests can enjoy the Gulf waters, long shoreline walks, and memorable sunsets.
The heated outdoor pool and surrounding grounds are exceptionally well maintained and landscaped with tasteful tropical vegetation. The pool area is furnished with quality Tropitone chaise lounges, tables, chairs, and umbrellas. Via driving / RV:
From I-75, take Exit 101 and proceed south on Collier Boulevard for approximately 20 miles, directly into to Marco Island. Marco Island can be driven to from Orlando, Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach via I-75 aka “Alligator Alley", or from Miami via U.S. Highway 41 aka the “Tamiami Trail”, which is designated as a U.S. Scenic Byway and a Florida Scenic Highway. Marco Island is also easily accessible to Naples, which is known for it’s wealth of shopping, dining and cultural opportunities, as well as Everglades National Park, Everglades City, and an array of both state and federal nature preserves and parks which are in close proximity.
If you are coming to Marco Island via RV for an extended break, note that RV's cannot be stored at the Admiralty House. We suggest storing your vehicle at Naples Marina — the rates are good, and so is the security — (239) 643-0232.
